We’re here to give you one less thing to worry about! During your comprehensive training with us, your success is our focus. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about operating a successful grooming concept. Our unique way of customer service includes everything from administrative best practices and how to hire staff.
You’ll receive thorough training courses on how to market your store in your community. We even offer insights about how to promote on social media. Our marketing experts have years of experience building successful brands, and they know what it takes to get the word out! You’ll also learn how to establish and grow customer loyalty, as well as provide ongoing customer support.
You’ll spend a week with our Chief Grooming Officer, CEO, COO, CMO, and the rest of our management team in our best-in-class training facilities!

Our four-legged guests and pet parents alike love our hand-selected retail offerings, like gourmet treats and healthy food. But most of what we do comes from the grooming side of the business. We’re guessing that you’re not an experienced pet groomer, but don’t worry! We’ll teach you everything you need to know about how to operate a grooming salon that is safe and successful, including: how to hire groomers, which products and services to offer, and more.
Retail
Of course, the retail side is important too. During your training, you’ll learn how to keep your retail operation running smoothly. You’ll also learn how to order and select inventory. We even offer insights on everything you’ll need to know about merchandising.
Our training program is a mix of hands-on and online components. If you have questions at any time during your training, please feel free to ask the franchising team! We’ve got your back every step of the way.

Startup Franchise Support
Our start-up support is aimed at helping you hit the ground running. We’ll help you through the site selection process with:

As soon as your lease is signed, we’ll provide a store design and layout prototype. This helps make sure your location is consistent with our brand standards and guidelines.
You’ll be walked through vendor sourcing and purchasing. We’ll also help you through the placement of your first order and point of sale (POS) system setup. We will also get you set up for e-commerce sales through our branded app.
If you’ll be hiring someone to manage your store, we’ll provide thorough manager training. This will make sure they have all the resources and knowledge they need to successfully run a Woof Gang Bakery franchise.
